Oliver Twist was the second novel by the British writer Charles Darwin. The book was published in 1837. The story is about Oliver Twist who gets caught up with the pickpockets in London as he tries to free himself from their hands he gets in the underbelly of more evils in the capital including criminals, prostitutes and the homeless.
What makes this book stand out?
It is different from Dickens’s other stories and evolves a lot of information about the crime scene in that time and about the social evils which do make the story much more interesting.
