Another portrayal of slavery and African-Americans, this time it is from the perspective of the slaveholder. The narrative is about Scarlett O’Hara through varios stages of the Civil War and her hardships. Another coming-of-age story where you live and grow with the protagonist.
Aradhana's journey with books started off like most, by overdosing on Famous Five, Goosebumps and the deal. Over time, the genres have only multiplied and proportionately the love for books. Sometimes though, she prefers to see books as they are and not get caught up in genres. But, that is a long conversation over chai you'd want to avoid.
