The enigmatic Calvin Morrisey goes on a date with Minerva Dobbs to win a bet. Calvin doesn’t believe in commitments and there is no happily ever after for Minerva. Both are attracted by each other, but both know this will end inevitably. To decrease their problems they decide to never meet again at the end of the evening.
Their destinies however, crosses on more than one paths; and they meet again.
